European Customers

Orders: Wholesalers - Petstores can place their order 24/24 H via E-mail.
Benelux countries: bnlsales@reptile-express.be
Other European countries: europeansales@reptile-express.be

Shipping: Mostly we ship as Airfreight from BRUSSELS AIRPORT to your nearest airport.
Monday - Friday

For some European Countries it is possible to ship Door-to-Door groundservice.
Please contact us whether this is applicable for you.

Terms of payment: !!! First 3 shipments are always fully pre-paid !!!
As of the 3th shipment we require a 50 % pre-payment and the other 50 % within 5 days after arrival.
After we recieve your order we will fax or E-mail you our invoice.
As soon as we have recieved the prepayment ( or full payment ) we will arrange bookings and transport.

Fees & costs: Transport is always on pre-paid basis and calculated at the invoice.

Packing and Handling is 5 EUR => Medium Box
10 EUR => Large Box

Brokerage & Health Certificate = 100 EUR ( only necessary with Airfreight )

Worldwide Customers

There is an INTERNATIONAL MINIMUM ORDER of 1000 EUR in animals !

All the animals ordered are kept in reservation for you as soon as we have received the prepayment !

Freight is always prepaid and calculated on the invoice.

Terms of payment: For International orders we always require a 30 % pre-payment after you have placed your order and received your invoice. This is necessary to start paperwork ( apply for CITES export documents etc ) and for holding the ordered animals in reservation. As soon as all paperwork is in order ( on our side as well as on your side ), we will ask for the other 70 % of the amount due.
As soon as we have received this, we will arrange bookings and transport.
!!! For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we ALWAYS require FULL PAYMENT in advance !!!

Packing & Handling 5 EUR => Medium Polystyrene Box
10 EUR => Large Polystyrene Box
Mostly we ship everything in polystyrene boxes, if necessary wooden crates are used.
These are charged 20 EUR & up.

Brokerage & Health Certificate : 175 EUR

CITES Permits ( if necessary ) : 25 EUR / CITES Species
with a Maximum of 125 EUR
